Here's a piece of good news for all of you!!
VOICEOUT 2009/10 RESUMES ON THE 13TH OCTOBER 2009, TUESDAY!!
There will be 1 trial run on the 12th October 2009, Monday.
Both days are during your semestral break.
More information will be release to you soon..

Hello all Finalists,

This is the stage rules, do know ALL of them.
1. HP must be off to prevent disturbance caused by signals.
2. No food and drinks allowed only plain water at the backstage.
3. No food and drinks allowed at the technical crew room at anytime.
4. Keep backstage silent at all time.
5. No jumping on and off the stage.
6. Only technical crew allowed in technical crew room.
7. No one is allowed to go near the white screen.
8. Liable for any damage caused at the TFA.
9. Maintain cleanliness of the TFA at all time.
10. Make aure they remove all their belongings from the backstage and the TFA after VoiceOut is over.
11. No ninja should be visible when lights are on.
12. Only ninjas are allowed to hold and test the mic.
13. Only 3 ninjas are allowed to be on stage at one time.
14. VoiceOut members will need to be in VoiceOut shirt on the actual day however ninjas have to be fully black.
15. Ushers to be in white top and black bottom.
16. All participants, audience and event organisers must comply with all the TFA rules.

For Monday, if you wan to come for the trial run do let us know beforehand.
It is not compulsory.

Take note: that it is best that you can copy a copy of the minus one song into a disc and bring it along jus in case on the actual day it doesnt work.

Hi to all Finalists,

Sorry, there is an amendment to the previous email that I have send to you.

You will only need to come for 1 trail run which is on the Tuesday, 23rd of June, 1pm.

Do take of the time to report.

Report at the Theatre for the Arts.

Do not be late!

Do come of this trial run as it is the only trial run for you all.

If you are not able to make it for the trial run, please inform us.

Please be reminded that you have to send in all the minus one track LATEST BY MONDAY, 22ND OF JUNE, 12NOON!

Hello to all Finalists!

Please be reminded that there will be trial runs on 22nd and 23rd of June, Monday and Tuesday, from 10am to 7pm.
And the actual day of the Grand Finals is on 24th of June,Wednesday, from 3pm to 8pm, you will be notified about the reporting time again.
The trial runs on Monday and Tuesday might not be a whole day rehearsal and there will be breaks in between.
Please be there for the two days if possible, as you will have to know the whole program flow.
Please attach the minus one music for your Grand Final item to this email.
(*Minus one music means the song of that you want to sing but is without the singer's voice, only the music.)

We will be issuing the tickets for the Grand Final to you.
Each of you are given 5 to 10 tickets each.
Do tell me the exact number of tickets you need.
Also note that ONLY NYP students are allowed to come and watch the performance.
They have to present their admin card upon entering the Theatre for the Arts to watch the Grand Final.
(**I will reconfirm again if family member are allowed to come and watch your Grand Final performance.)

Hello to all VoiceOut 2009/10 Participants!!

This is a reminder to remind you about the audition on 16th June, Tuesday.
Venue: LTL-3
Reporting Venue: Area between LTL-2 and LTL-3
Duration for each audition: 5 to 7 minutes
Things to bring: Admin Card / Ez-link Card
You need to present your admin card to our event organisers upon registering at the booth.
You are allowed to sing either the chorus of the song or the whole song.
Note: You are singing without the music.
Do take note of your time slot and reporting time. (click on the images for larger view)
